After you click to resend the verification email, please wait 5 minutes and check your Junk/Spam folder.

Q: How many devices can I use to watch your videos? A: Boy, that Yetzer Hara sure is tricky! Can you believe he duped people into sharing and copying our content without paying for it?! When was the last time you went to the store, took something, and didn’t pay for it?! NEVER! right!? Well, to protect against the Yetzer Hara (even the frum one that brings “heterim”), pay our tuitions, keep the lights on, have hot water, and feed our large family, K”H, we have to limit  and lock  our videos to 2 devices of your choosing from Windows, Android and Apple (please see requirements by device). Please only install Xvast on the devices you intend to watch (or travel with) and watch our Team Tzaddikim series on how to whip that sneaky Yetzer Hara!

Q: Can I use my subscription to show my class, school, or at an event? A: We wish we could but this would not be keeping the  terms and conditions agreed to with your subscription. You would need a special license that is not part of your subscription and we would be happy to work with you to get it! Please call us 1.833.867.2458 or email [email protected]

Q: I just installed the Xvast app and streamed or downloaded the videos. How do I watch them again? A: For streaming, open your Xvast app,  login, click/tap “My Videos” from the menu and click/tap the streaming link to the video you want to watch. For videos you’ve already downloaded, open your Xvast app and:

– For Windows: on your Xvast app, click the “3 dots” in the upper right corner, select the “Open files” to browse to where your video is downloaded. Enjoy!

– For Android: on your Xvast app, tap the “3 dots” in the upper right corner, tap “ Open Files”, tap “Scan and List _P.mp4” and then select the video you want to watch. Enjoy!

– For iPhone and iPad: on your Xvast app, tap the “folder” icon in the lower right corner and then select the video you want to watch. Enjoy!

Q: Do I need to re-download the videos I’ve already downloaded every month? A: Nope. When you go to watch the video you already downloaded, it will automagically obtain a new license when needed. You will need to be connected to the Internet and your monthly payment will need to be current for a new license.

Q: Why did my video start and then shut down? Please look for a message that appears before Xvast shuts down. 9.9 times out of 10, it is because your device has software that Xvast blocks to prevent sharing. A message will appear before the shut down to tell you which software on your device that is the lil’ culprit! If you have a filter on your device, check with your filter company to allow the Xvast app and torahluminations.com.

Q: I’m getting an error message. What do I do? A: Please read the error message for possible ideas on why Xvast is being meshugah. Otherwise, please take a picture of the error message with your cell phone, send it to us at [email protected] and we will be happy to get Xvast to act like a mentch!

Q: I’m getting an error message that says “There has been a critical error on your website.” What do I do? A: Sometimes there is too much traffic on the website. All you need to do is:

1. go to “My Account” and log out.

2. Close Xvast, then reopen Xvast and then goto our website.

Q: I got an error message from Xvast stating “If you want to continue playback, please terminate….”. I closed the program that the message mentioned (e.g. TeamViewer, Zoom, WonderShare, etc) and I’m still getting this error message. What do I do now?  A: You didn’t know that Xvast has a Gemara kup! You see, there is a difference between “closing” an application and “terminating” it. Most people click the “X” and close their app, thinking the application is no longer running – which is 1/2 the story. Some apps have processes “running in the background” and therefore need to be “terminated”. This is easy to do. Please use this link  https://www.hellotech.com/guide/for/how-to-force-quit-on-windows-10-pc and follow the 4 steps under “How to Force Quit on a Windows 10 PC Using Windows Task Manager”. Please note: here are some additional details to Step 3: “If you don’t see your application in the list, make sure to hit the “More details” button in the bottom-left corner of the window. Keep scrolling down through the list of “Apps” and “Background processes” until you find the application that you want to terminate. Once you find the application, click on it one time to select it and then go to step 4″.

Oh, and don’t worry: just because you “terminated” an application, doesn’t mean you need to say Kaddish for it. The next time you want to run that application, just do what you always do to launch it and it should open, ready to go!

Q: How do I cancel my subscription? A: Simply send an email to [email protected] stating you want your subscription canceled before you are charged for that month. Any charges for that month’s subscription or prior months will not be refunded.

*Torah UMesorah have only given haskomos for our “Living with Tzaddikim” series in DVD format only (even though the online content is the same as the DVD. Their policy is to not support online content).
